In the Pardis Health Network, staff training is conducted every two weeks by professional members. These sessions focus on addressing critical health issues and reviewing updated guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO). The goal of these trainings is to ensure that all staff members stay informed about global health recommendations and apply them effectively within their local context. As a family health expert, I have played an active role in these training programs by conducting several sessions for employees. My contributions have primarily focused on areas such as needs assessment, monitoring health indices in sub-health centers, and disease control. These topics are crucial for maintaining the health and well-being of the population served by the network.

In my training sessions, I emphasize practical approaches to needs assessment, guiding staff to identify and prioritize the most pressing health concerns in their communities. I also focus on monitoring key health indicators, enabling staff to track progress and identify gaps in service delivery across various sub-health centers. Lastly, I provide guidance on disease control measures, helping staff implement evidence-based strategies to manage and prevent the spread of diseases effectively. By facilitating these sessions, I aim to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare workers, enabling them to deliver high-quality, equitable care. These regular training programs have proven to be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and informed workforce that is well-prepared to address the evolving health challenges in the Pardis region.

Training students and interns in vaccination protocols and the principles of disease epidemiology has been another valuable experience in my role as a family health expert. In these training sessions, I focus on equipping trainees with practical skills and theoretical knowledge to ensure they understand the importance of immunization in disease prevention and control. I guide them through the process of administering vaccines safely, maintaining proper storage conditions, and managing immunization records. Additionally, I provide insights into the patterns and determinants of diseases, helping them analyze epidemiological data and apply it to real-world scenarios. These trainings aim to prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals to contribute effectively to public health initiatives and ensure the well-being of the communities they serve.
